DIAGRAM OF WHAT WE DO

We like to bring brand and client stories to life in a genuine way. Whether long or short form stories, feature length films, or social campaigns.
FORMATION
- - - - - - - - -
It started with making adventure surf films in the most remote areas of the world. The shot above is from a film called “FAROES: The Outpost Vol 2”. It was an exploratory assignment for Surfer Magazine. Early projects like these were also exploratory journeys into the art and craft of storytelling.
The experiences from our beginnings built our understanding of how to execute ideas in situations with limited resources, high amounts of uncertainty, and dynamic situations. They created the foundation of what we do.
A TEST

The first client assignment that we worked on together was a story for Canada Tourism, about the founder of a circus troupe in Quebec. We had three days to shoot.
But when a host of weather delays forced us into a terrible position, we pulled out all the stops, traveling by plane and car across the continent, through rain and lightning, to get to our destination.
We ended up with one day to shoot everything, and with the help of an incredible local fixer, the whole thing was pulled off in a tiny window. The success of this early challenge gave us confidence that much more was possible.
